Finished look: Coat, robotic arm, turtle neck with male body/shoulder padding, holster and belt, gloves, lower leg coverings (like socks but just shins) (pants, shoes, sunglasses bought)
Robotic arm made of eva foam, light foam and airbrushed with acrylic; original pattern used
Wig cut, crimped, dyed and spiked

The Coat
The coat layers include lining, red spandex and panels of batting to give the thin spandex more body when it moves (the coat swishes a lot in the original animation). The collar has 6mm eva foam inside to keep it standing up and stiff. Piping for shoulders was made with excess spandex and rope trim. Patches of graphics from the show were made out of eva foam and sewn on.
